An area adjacent to all working surfaces will be established.  This area will be large enough to enable our personnel to  carry  out the above work in a safe and controlled manner.
Where possible, our work units will be positioned inside the safe working area. Cones, barriers and traffic tape, will identify the area. No unauthorised persons will be allowed inside the safe working area. Any persons wishing to enter the safe working area must firstly contact our on site personnel. No chemicals, plant or any part of the cleaning operation is to be placed or carried from outside the safe working area. Appropriate signs will be displayed at the approaches to the sites to give public awareness of the cleaning operation.

Our operatives will be supplied with a “Sharps Pack” containing all relevant equipment e.g. gloves, overall, tweezers, disinfectant, safe box etc.
All precautionary measures will be taken to ensure the safety of our operatives whilst on site.
We will endeavour to remove all objects which may cause risk, but cannot be held responsible for any items which may be  hidden from view, or in areas which are  inaccessible.  Used  sharps will be secured in a safe box for disposal by incineration at  a designated site.
